Its activities of production and business under the direction of the manager are in the areas of cartographical geodesy, land management service on a national scale.

• the Regulations of Company Organization and Operation of the Land Survey and Project Company, promulgated by the Ministry of Resources and Environment with decision number 10/2004/Qé-BTNMT June 15 th , 2004
• the statutes of enterprise organization and operation and others of the State and the Company.
Enterprise is allocated property, manpower, finances by the Company in order to carry out its duty. It has responsibility to manage and use property, manpower, finances in accordance with the regulations of the Company and the State's law in force. The enterprise works on the principle of democratic concentration and one – manager system. It is directly under the Manager of the Company. In its operation, Enterprise complies with the rules, regulations, instructions and other documents of the Manager of the Company; with the rules of Manager of Enterprise and with the documents in force of the State's law.
