Enterprise of Geodesy and Cartography 203 is a producing unit, under Cadastre and Engineering Survey Company, with nearly 100 employees who have qualifications from engineer, middle rank to worker and modern equipments and machines. Name for International transaction: Enterprise of Geodestry and Cartography 203 ( E.G.C.203).     Legal personality according to the law of Vietnam.     Private seal having the Vietnamese money and foreign currency account at the State Treasury domestic and foreign banks according to the provisions of the law.     The Enterprise operates according to the CESC’s organization and activity principles which were promulgated by Ministry of National Resources and Environment, enclosed with No. 10/2004/QD-BTNMT Decision on June 15th 2004, organization and activity regulation of the Enterprise, other regulations of Nation and CESC.     The Enterprise is given property, human resource and fee to implement the Enterprise’s duties by CESC.     The Enterprise has responsibilities to manage and use the property, human resource and the fee according to CESC’s regulations and current Vietnam Law.     The enterprise has been applying new technology in measuring and drawing cartography map and forming cadastral file; measuring and drawing topological map, engineering survey, setting up database for geographic information system and land management.
