1. To build software to serve for productions and management of company in the field of cadastral survey service in the land and environment;

     2. To create the database of the Land Information Systems (LIS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and specialty Information Systems;

     3. To build local area network in the whole company, studying and applying local area network into productions, guide and maintain network.

    4. To build and process software for organizations in and out of professions:

        a. Maintain systems, device and information technology.
        b. Advisory and training in the field of information technology.
        c. Realize other tasks according to demand of company and clients
    

    5. To survey, process images aviation and remote sensing.

    6. To train, improve professional and skill for members of Centre.
