1. To control and use assigned assets, other human resources by company to realize targets, production tasks, its services according to regulations of company.

     4. Open production scale, service in power of Centre, remand of company and market when allow by director of company.

To do s tudying, production, business activities in compliance with the trades stipulated, suitable with assigned target and tasks, to be responsible before the company for its business and production result, before the customer and the law on the products and services carried out by the Centre;

    3. To realize labor and product standard, salary unit price, regulations to pay a salary, regime to enter the accounts, information-report and open result productions according to regulations of company.

    4. To control members’ file, exams to put up salary, arrange to exams raise to higher scale according to various levels and report result with director of company.
