The director of Centre assigned by director of company, the director of Centre who is highest power in Centre; must be responsible to director of company and the law of State about all operates by Centre; realize tasks, power in accordance with regulations of company.
The tasks and power of director Centre:
1. To control all product operates and manages in Centre.
2. Have product plans suitable with features and situations of it, report to director of company to assign and remove deputy director, accounting, assign and remove head clerks, product caption.

The right of members in the Centre ensure by mean of congress personnel and official, union member and the members in the Centre. Congress personnel and official of Centre have realized one time one year. The members in the Centre have the rights after:
1. To elect members to attend congress personnel and official of Company.
2. To discuss, study and adopt regulations and Collective agreement of Centre and Company.
3. To elect the people inspection section at the congress personnel and official.
4. To discuss and give some opinions about project and plan, to assess effect manage in the business and production.
